Support is friendly, but serious problems solved very slow. Last week I was waiting my withdrawal for three days, but my money suddenly returned to account, I've tried again, but wih the same result. I wrote to support. They replyed quickly, but adviced to write to finance department. And still I haven't got any explanation from them!
No, I don't like them. Yesterday I closed account and make a request for withdrawing remains. Hope they proceed it quickly because earlier they often had problems with it. Several times they blocked my account and reqired different documents from me. I had to wait about a week every time.
Good broker, tjhere're very low spread, mini-accounts, polite support. And what pleasantly surprised me, it's ruble accounts! Very exciting trading! I've earned almost $50 per week there. It's cool result for me.
